My coaching philosophy:
Talent and athleticisms is not a prerequisite to the joy and camaraderie of being on a team. I teach basic fundamentals of all aspects of softball. Through softball, I teach important life lessons such as resilience, perseverance, teamwork and leadership. I enjoy working with anyone who has the desire to try.
